How to identify reconditioned diesel generator set

In recent years, many enterprises take the generator set as an important standby power supply, so many enterprises will have a series of problems when purchasing diesel generator sets. Because I don’t understand, I may buy a second-hand machine or a refurbished machine. Today, I will explain how to identify a refurbished machine

1. For the paint on the machine, it is very intuitive to see whether the machine is renovated or repainted; generally, the original paint on the machine is relatively uniform and there is no sign of oil flow, and it is clear and refreshing.

2. Labels, generally not refurbished machine labels are stuck in place at one time, there will be no feeling of being lifted, and all labels are covered with no paint. The line pipe, water tank cover and oil cover are usually assembled and tested before the control line pipe is arranged when assembling the generator set. If the oil cover has obvious black oil mark, the engine is suspected to be renovated. Generally, the brand-new water tank cover of the water tank cover is very clean, but if it is a used machine, the water tank cover will generally have yellow marks.

3. If the engine oil is a brand new diesel engine, the internal parts are all new. The engine oil will not turn black after several times of driving. If it is a diesel engine that has been used for a period of time, the oil will turn black after driving for a few minutes after changing the new engine oil.
